Stan Lippmann for Washington State
Attorney General
Contention
is made that the Attorney General is compelled, under the constitution and
statutes, to represent state officers, and that therefore she cannot begin an
action wherein state officers are defendants. Attention is called to where it is
made the duty of the Attorney General to defend all actions against any state
officer. The legitimate conclusion of such an argument is that the Attorney
General must, if such a situation arise, sit supinely by and allow state
officers to violate their duties and be recreant to their trusts, and that
instead of preventing such actions it is her duty to defend the delinquents. The
law can not be given any such construction. Her paramount duty is made the
protection of the interest of the people of the state and, where she is
cognizant of violations of the constitution or the statutes by a state officer,
her duty is to obstruct and not to assist; and where the interests of the public
are antagonistic to those of state officers, or where state officers may
conflict among themselves, it is impossible and improper for the Attorney
General to defend such state officers. State ex rel. Dunbar v. State Board, 140
Wash. 433
Kind Voter,
By way of explanation of my voter pamphlet statement, let me briefly share
with you what has happened to me since my arrival in Seattle five years ago to
attend the UW School of Law. Upon trying to register for the first semester of
Law School, I was locked out of the computer registration system and forced to
the Student Health clinic to receive the first of two MMR immunizations. This
imposition on me was against my contract with the school and against my will.
There was no informed consent of the dangers involved and the policy was
illegally implemented, and is illegal in itself to this day. The MMR has never
been tested or approved for use in adults by the FDA, and is known to be unsafe
for anyone over 20 by the CDC. Two weeks after my second dose, which was
improperly administered, I became chronically ill with progressive fibromyalgia,
arthritis, and paralysis. I continue to suffer, but am much improved with the
use of a new dopamine agonist drug called Dostinex. I have discovered that the
vaccines have caused tens of millions of cases of such chronic illness mediated
by the primitive hormone called
prolactin, which is released from the pituitary when a viral attack reduces
the brain's ability to produce sufficient dopamine. I realized that I had been
injured throughout my life by vaccines, such as sub-clinical polio as an infant,
smallpox which caused kidney infection in 1967 and rubella which caused myopia
in 1970. Apparently, I am the first person in the world who is publicly willing
to state that the vaccine program is the cause of most chronic illness by
damaging the brain's ability to control the production of the autoimmune
stimulating
prolactin hormone, and that an effective drug therapy now exists to reverse
this damage and alleviate the suffering of tens of millions of Americans. I
have been proclaiming this for three years now, first as candidate for Mayor of
Seattle in 1997, for Congress in 1998, and for Seattle City Council last year.
I have taken this approach because the media and the medical establishment are
unable to process this story, because it is too Earth shattering. The
implications of what I am saying are so profound that when enough people have
tested themselves for
prolactin and then are cured of their chronic illness with
Dostinex, the
suppression my discovery, which I have placed before the public eye for three
years at this point, will awaken the public to the reality that our entire
cultural leadership is unfit to continue in its authority, and thus the culture
will give way to an new one, with authority vested in wiser hands.
I chose to challenge Christine Gregoire for Attorney
General because when I sued the UW for injuring me, not only did Gregoire defend
the delinquent state officers, she hired Preston, Gates, and Ellis with tens of
thousands of taxpayer dollars to successfully defeat my legitimate claim, in
violation of her constitutional duty to help me as a citizen injured by the
wrongful acts of state officers.
I chose to create a new party, the Natural Medicine
Party, because there is no existing party which has a positive agenda for
building a new world once we have cured the basic problem of
vaccinosis.
Hello, I’m Stan Lippmann and I’m running
for attorney general. I’m not a Democrat nor a Republican. I know that most
of you vote one way or the other, and that indeed there is a Democratic and a
Republican candidate in this race from which you could choose. Likewise in
the Presidential election, you have your pick of Bush or Gore. But, both
parties represent the powers that be, and until another party comes along to
upset the status quo, we are rightfully cynical that our vote doesn’t matter.
It’s unjust that the big military, automotive, oil and gas, pharmaceutical,
entertainment, financial, legal and medical industries control our government
through the campaign finance bribery of the Democratic and Republican
politicians. The simple fact of electing a qualified outsider who owes
nothing to the vested interests and everything to the citizens who elected
him, would undo the sellout, as long as the new person were strong enough to
resist the temptations that the vested interested would dangle before his
eyes. This revolution is actually more likely to happen at the state level.
I personally, am a 41 year old scientist and a lawyer who has so far refused
to sell out to the system, and I promise you that I never will. If you elect
me attorney general, it will start a chain reaction, which will lead to the
restoration of justice in Washington State and a propagation outwards to the
rest of the country. Maybe this year we will collectively find the wisdom and
courage to rise above the lesser of two evils behavior defined by the two
party voting pattern, and if enough of us foreswear such behavior, we might
restore a sense of order and control in our personal lives.
I chose to challenge Christine Gregoire
because beyond the smile lurks the moral decay of the Democratic
establishment. Not only has she incompetently managed her office, not only is
her claim to fame as a anti-tobacco crusader just political grandstanding for
fame and riches for her trial lawyer cronies while youth smoking rates
continue to rise, but more profoundly has she fundamentally failed to uphold
the law and the interests of the people of Washington State in a matter of
public health far more threatening than tobacco. An autoimmune crisis is
afflicting us, and the source of the problem is the state’s unconstitutional
mandates that we roll up our sleeves and let doctors and the pharmaceutical
industry pump mutant viruses and neuro-toxic metals into our bodies, in the
name of public health. Autism, asthma, and arthritis, just begins the list of
the results of pumping into our children 30 or 40 or 50 doses of immune-system
stimulants. And how has Christine Gregoire responded to the University of
Washington’s criminal student vaccination policy? She has defended it, not
with her own incompetent staff, but worse, by paying tens of thousands of your
tax dollars to the likes of Bill Gate’s father’s pals and Preston, Gates and
Ellis. In so doing she has violated our trust and deserves removal from
office. When the state has injured its citizens, she’s not just supposed to be
the state’s attack dog. For In the Dunbar case, the Washington State Supreme
Court has said: “Attention is called to where it is made the duty of the
Attorney General to defend all actions against any state officer. The
legitimate conclusion of such an argument is that the Attorney General must,
if such a situation arise, sit supinely by and allow state officers to violate
their duties and be recreant to their trusts, and that instead of preventing
such actions it is her duty to defend the delinquents. The law cannot be given
any such construction. Her paramount duty is made the protection of the
interest of the people of the state and, where she is cognizant of violations
of the constitution or the statutes by a state officer, her duty is to
obstruct and not to assist; and where the interests of the public are
antagonistic to those of state officers, or where state officers may conflict
among themselves, it is impossible and improper for the Attorney General to
defend such state officers.
I, Stan Lippmann, promise that if
elected Attorney General, I will never be just a henchman or henchwoman for
the rich and powerful. I invite you all to consider joining my new Natural
Medicine party, and find the courage within yourselves to abandon the fears
which bind you to the lesser of two evils. Finally, for the sake of your own
health, please take my medical advice and ask your doctor to check your blood
serum for prolactin. If enough of us treat our hyperprolactinemia with the
dopamine-agonist drug called Dostinex, the sudden media shock that this
remarkable medical discovery will alleviate the suffering of millions of out
citizens will enable us to sweep to victory in November, and achieve a more
perfect order. Call me at 206-633-6063 or on the web at www.rubella.net
